December 18, 2023: The best way to spread Christmas Cheer...

 This week we proved the fact that the best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear! I have never sung Christmas hymns more in my life! The streets of Catarroja are starting to warm up to the crazy sister missionaries that sing wherever they go just spreading the Christmas cheer! 


We had our Stake Christmas party this Saturday and all the ward choirs around Valencia gathered in the Stake center to sing! And of course the missionaries were asked to sing as well! It was such an amazing program and so many of our amigos came!! 

Sunday night we went to a park to go do some street contacting. When we arrived there was a Christmas festival in the middle of the park! We had our whiteboard with the question “que significa la navidad” so it was perfect! God knew exactly what we needed to do to find some new people! We put out the whiteboard and began to sing some hymns! We met so many people and talked about the Joy of Navidad! It was magical to see how much joy this time of year can bring! When we focus on Christ we can feel this love and joy year round! 

We met with María and her whole family this week during our hour and a half lesson and it was AMAZING! This family is incredible and they can feel the difference and the light the gospel brings! Please pray for them! They live far from church so it is difficult to get them to travel there but we will keep praying for them!

I hope you have the most magical week leading up to Navidad!! Eat so many Christmas cookies and sing Christmas songs for me please :)) 

Jesus is truly the center of the Christmas season and I have seen his hand in my life so much this year!! I am so grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ and all that he has blessed me with! To serve Christ as a missionary has been the greatest blessing of my life! I see and feel his love everyday! He truly is Wonderful, our Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, and the Light of the World! He is my support, my greatest friend and the greatest older brother! I plead with you to turn to him! Trust him and you will feel his love, and see his miracles! Have a Very Merry Christmas

  Well this is it, my last mission email!! Time has flown by. I can't believe my mission is coming to an end this week!  I don't want to make this too long but I just want to write a few words of gratitude! Over these 18 months I have truly been changed! I have seen miracles happen every single day and through the Lord and his work I have been so blessed! November 11, 2024: Life is a rollercoaster of JOY!

  Are you guys ready for this rollercoaster of a week!!! *Also a huge shout out to BYU GO COUGS!!! I don't think I have ever been more tired on my mission but this truly was one of the most spiritual filled weeks!! We had amazing lessons with so many progressing friends, hours of service to help those in Valencia, and so many conferencias including a visit from Elder Soares of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles!  AMIGOS  Let me brag about my friends real quick. I love them all so much and I truly find so much joy in teaching them!! Valentina and Santiago are getting ready for the wedding and we are completely the form and finalizing everything so updates to come!! This family is everything to me and I promised them that I would be back for their sealing in a year! I had intercambios with my favorite Hermana Ficklin who is half Spaniard and an icon! November 4, 2024: Prayers for Valencia

  Hola!!! These past two weeks have been crazy! There has been major flooding in Valencia and in Catarroja which was my first area here in Spain! My heart goes out to all of the people that I know and love!! Please pray for the sweet people of Valencia they need your prayers! The work here in Sabadell has been pretty normal besides all the rain which leads to plenty of canceled lessons but we are still going strong!  We have found a few new families in our area and they are progressing so well! First is Precious and here two boys! They are from Nigeria and we get to teach this sweet family in English which is quite a change for me! The first time we met with this sweet family we taught 3 Nefi 11 and they loved it! Precious started tearing up as she shared who Jesucristo was to her! One of her little boys was listening to the lesson with wide eyes fully engaged! I showed him a small painted card of Christ coming to the Americas to show him that Christ is our resurrected Savior!...
