  Hola Amigos, This week was a busy week for sure!! We had two 24 hour exchanges back to back! It was so amazing to meet and teach new people! I loved seeing other areas around the Salt Lake City West mission and I realized there is so much amazing work to be done! It was also an amazing experience to teach with new Hermanas!! Hermana Reyna is an incredible missionary and I learned so much from her.  We had a fun service project with the District where we pulled trees out of a yard for three hours! Super fun and we got plenty of brownies so I wasn't complaining.  The main highlight of the week was Izan!! He is now eight years old and so excited to be baptized. We met with this sweet family who moved from Columbia and have been teaching them for a while! They are adjusting to the states and began taking lessons from the missionaries.   Hola Amigos, This week we had so many lessons and all our friends are making so much progress!! This week was filled with so much so I'm going to TRY to not make this a crazy long email :) INTERCAMBIOS  This week we had exchanges or intercambios, and Hermana Menlove stayed with us for the day!! We had such great lessons and it was funny to see people's expressions when they saw three white girls speaking Spanish. We met again with Paula and she is the BEST!! We taught her about The Book of Mormon and she even mentioned that she loves these lessons and baptism is her goal!!! Her faith is amazing, but she is meant to be in the YSA ward so one of these days the Elders will have to teach her :((  HAPPY 9 MESES HERMANA EDWARDS  This week Hermana Edwards hit 9 meses!!   Hola Amigos,  This week has been full of so many miracles!! I have also hit TWO MONTHS on the mission and it seems like everyday more doors are opening! We have had so many lessons and it is a miracle that in almost every lesson we have a member who comes and shares their experiences and testimony. I now totally understand why bringing members to lessons is encouraged. These members' strength and love for this Gospel is inspiring!  Amazing Member Participating Lessons!! We were able to share with Laura and her whole family the introducción of El Libro de Mormón. A sweet member from the ward befriended this family and was able to bear testimony of the truthfulness and power of El Libro de Mormón! We also met with Emily and her child and shared with her 2 Nefi 4:19-21. They have just moved from Venezuela, and have experienced some hardships.   Hola Amigos,  This week has been so busy with so much amazing work!! Everyday we have the chance to teach so many amazing members that are progressing so well! Every day I'm able to understand and speak a little bit more! The Gift of Tongues is real and I know that I can only accomplish this work through my Savior Jesus Christ!  We have had so many amazing lessons and so MUCH food!! They love to feed the missionaries here. Almost every lesson comes with some food or delicious Pan! The people are so kind here, they are so patient with me and my Spanish. I was able to share my testimony in español during church on Sunday and I hope they felt the love I have for each of them!  The highlight of the week was the opportunity we had to take our friends on a tour of the Conference Center!!   Hola Amigos,  I made it to the Salt Lake City West mission!! I arrived Thursday morning and had a very long afternoon (with a few tears.) Then I met my amazing mission presidents President and Sister Spencer!! I was then introduced to my amazing companions!! I'm in a trio with Hermana Edwards and Hermana Gonzalez! They are the sweetest souls and really helped me adapt quickly to the area. Our area: Springfield is great! We have plenty of opportunities to teach and contact.  I can barely understand Spanish but I have seen so many tender mercies even on my first day! I was able to knock my first door, give out my first Book of Mormon and give my first baptism invitation to our amazing amigo Laura! And the best part I did it all in Spanish!! I am able to share my testimony, pray during lessons, and I have been trying my best to jump in and add any Spanish phrases that go along with our lesson.  On Friday we had the chance to take our Amigo Gerardo and his two children...

Hola Amigos,  Well this has been my last week at the MTC and I leave tomorrow! I have said so many difficult goodbyes but I am so excited to start my mission in Salt Lake City West. I have loved my time at the MTC and feel spiritually prepared for the field! Now I'm excited to see how my mission with further my conversion and growth!  I have an easy travel day tomorrow and it's amazing how much peace and calm I feel! If you know me you know that ANY change stresses me out, and I can testify that the calm I feel is from my Heavenly Father! He is so aware of each of us!  Spanish is great! I love the language but I have so much more to improve on! I'm excited to learn and grow so much with Jesucristo! I feel his comfort and peace as I work to improve on the language! It's amazing how we can feel the spirit through the simple but PROFOUND truths of the Evangelio de Jesucristo!  I will be in Salt Lake City West tomorrow and I can't wait to meet my new Mission President, ...
