January 1, 2024!: Ninja Turtle Bounce House in the Chapel

Feliz año Nuevo!! 


I hope you all have a fantastic start to the new year! This week was filled with festivos so it was definitely difficult to find new people out and about on the calles! But we have seen so much progression with our amigos!! 

I am staying in Catarroja with Hermana Peterson for another transfer and I am thrilled! We have great friends that are consistently progressing and we really really hope this transfer we can see our amigos take the step toward baptism!! 

Some fun events from this week was our new years Eve party with a Ninja Turtle bounce house in the chapel!! Definitely not allowed but it's Spain ya know! Our new years eve call as a mission! And we went to the beach for pday and I felt so at home it was so fun!

This week we were blessed as a mission to have a Día de Revelación and have a mission wide day of fasting, prayer and study! I could go on and on with notes and talks and revelation I received but truly the most prominent thing I felt was the love of my Heavenly Father! For almost 6 months I have been out serving the Lord and dealing with constant change going from Salt Lake City to Barcelona Spain switching between companions, areas, and amazing people! But this week I had a whole day to sit and think and give thanks for all the miracles I have seen! There have been many moments of hardship and moments where I feel homesick, incapable or inadequate but I was overcome with this eternal, powerful love! 

Love for my Heavenly Father. Love for my Savior. Love for my incredible family. Love for my mission presidents; President Spencer and Presidente Heckmann. Love for my missions and every single person in them. Love for all the missionaries that influence me everyday. Love for the amigos we are teaching. And love for this work, the chance of a lifetime to serve my Savior Jesus Christ and work with him! 

This new year I want to continue to devote my life to be a disciple of Jesus Christ! Share his message of love at every given moment. And most importantly love as my Savior would! There is so much good to come from this new year and I hope you all can grow your love and devotion for Jesus Christ and his everlasting gospel! I know the church is true. I know Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer! 

I wish you all the best start to this new year! Love you all so much and I'm forever grateful for your constant love and support!!

  Well this is it, my last mission email!! Time has flown by. I can't believe my mission is coming to an end this week!  I don't want to make this too long but I just want to write a few words of gratitude! Over these 18 months I have truly been changed! I have seen miracles happen every single day and through the Lord and his work I have been so blessed! I have loved every minute of meeting people from all over the world in Salt Lake City and Barcelona Spain! November 11, 2024: Life is a rollercoaster of JOY!

  Are you guys ready for this rollercoaster of a week!!! *Also a huge shout out to BYU GO COUGS!!! I don't think I have ever been more tired on my mission but this truly was one of the most spiritual filled weeks!! We had amazing lessons with so many progressing friends, hours of service to help those in Valencia, and so many conferencias including a visit from Elder Soares of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles!  AMIGOS  Let me brag about my friends real quick. I love them all so much and I truly find so much joy in teaching them!! Valentina and Santiago are getting ready for the wedding and we are completely the form and finalizing everything so updates to come!! This family is everything to me and I promised them that I would be back for their sealing in a year! I had intercambios with my favorite Hermana Ficklin who is half Spaniard and an icon! November 4, 2024: Prayers for Valencia

  Hola!!! These past two weeks have been crazy! There has been major flooding in Valencia and in Catarroja which was my first area here in Spain! My heart goes out to all of the people that I know and love!! Please pray for the sweet people of Valencia they need your prayers! The work here in Sabadell has been pretty normal besides all the rain which leads to plenty of canceled lessons but we are still going strong!  We have found a few new families in our area and they are progressing so well! First is Precious and here two boys! They are from Nigeria and we get to teach this sweet family in English which is quite a change for me! The first time we met with this sweet family we taught 3 Nefi 11 and they loved it! Precious started tearing up as she shared who Jesucristo was to her! One of her little boys was listening to the lesson with wide eyes fully engaged! I showed him a small painted card of Christ coming to the Americas to show him that Christ is our resurrected Savior!...
