January 22, 2024: A week of exciting news :))

 Holaaa!! 


This truly was a week of miracles! 

We had intercambios this week and it was such an amazing experience serving in Valencia for the day with Hermana Squire! It was pouring rain all Friday so we were running from lesson to lesson in the pouring rain!! I was able to see the capilla in the hermanas area of Valencia and I was very surprised to see that the capilla was the parking garage of an apartment complex! We had so many great lessons that day, a few in the pouring rain, in the middle of an orange field and one great lesson in a bar! The work is never boring here in Spain! 

The most exciting news is that Our amigo Daniel is GETTING BAPTIZED!! Daniel is on fecha for the 4th of Febrero! I could not be more excited for him! Daniel is 18 years old and it has been amazing to see his conversion story since the beginning! He was one of the first lessons I had here in Spain so I was able to teach him from the start! When I first met him he was a very shy, quiet and sad guy. He was looking for joy in his life so he started coming to church! He has not missed a Sunday for 2 months now! He truly is incredible and we love meeting with him! We invited him to be baptized Friday of this week and he accepted! I am so grateful to see how this gospel has changed his life! Daniel is now the happiest and most social guy! He is surrounded by friends in church and is always smiling! It has been amazing to see the light that the Gospel brings to our lives and I have never seen that example more clearly in Daniel! 

We learned this week that the Barcelona mission is going to the Madrid Temple!!! Our mission president surprised us that our mission and the two missions in Madrid are meeting together at the Madrid Templo! We will be accompanied by D Todd Christofferson and FOUR members of the Seventy!!! Needless to say we were all a bit shocked and now very excited for the 24th of February! I truly have been so blessed to visit temples frequently on my mission and now to be here in Spain and being able to enter the Madrid Templo is truly such a miracle! 

Truly everyday this week was filled with miracles and tender mercies! I'm so grateful for every day I get to serve here in Spain! Thank you all for all your constant prayers, support and love!

  Well this is it, my last mission email!! Time has flown by. I can't believe my mission is coming to an end this week!  I don't want to make this too long but I just want to write a few words of gratitude! Over these 18 months I have truly been changed! I have seen miracles happen every single day and through the Lord and his work I have been so blessed! I have loved every minute of meeting people from all over the world in Salt Lake City and Barcelona Spain! November 11, 2024: Life is a rollercoaster of JOY!

  Are you guys ready for this rollercoaster of a week!!! *Also a huge shout out to BYU GO COUGS!!! I don't think I have ever been more tired on my mission but this truly was one of the most spiritual filled weeks!! We had amazing lessons with so many progressing friends, hours of service to help those in Valencia, and so many conferencias including a visit from Elder Soares of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles!  AMIGOS  Let me brag about my friends real quick. I love them all so much and I truly find so much joy in teaching them!! Valentina and Santiago are getting ready for the wedding and we are completely the form and finalizing everything so updates to come!! November 4, 2024: Prayers for Valencia

  Hola!!! These past two weeks have been crazy! There has been major flooding in Valencia and in Catarroja which was my first area here in Spain! My heart goes out to all of the people that I know and love!! Please pray for the sweet people of Valencia they need your prayers! The work here in Sabadell has been pretty normal besides all the rain which leads to plenty of canceled lessons but we are still going strong!  We have found a few new families in our area and they are progressing so well! First is Precious and here two boys! They are from Nigeria and we get to teach this sweet family in English which is quite a change for me! The first time we met with this sweet family we taught 3 Nefi 11 and they loved it! Precious started tearing up as she shared who Jesucristo was to her! One of her little boys was listening to the lesson with wide eyes fully engaged! I showed him a small painted card of Christ coming to the Americas to show him that Christ is our resurrected Savior!...
